On-boarding and training

At Pixie, we know that taking on a new position is a challenge in terms of the new knowledge to be assimilated; in terms of tools used, techniques and in regards of internal organization.

Therefore, in each office you will be welcomed on your first day by one of the members of the team. In order to reinforce a fast skill development, each office has its own integration processes implemented according to the market, language, etc. In the first three months of your journey, depending on your seniority, you will be led by a mentor or, if necessary, by your Team Leader. The idea is to give you the keys to success within Pixie and also to allow you to be confident both internally and in the practice of your daily tasks.

Of course, throughout your career, your needs in terms of training will be different, for this reason, we set up group or individual coaching corresponding to your requests and needs.
